Electrical and pneumatic flow inducement system relying on an electromagnetic vibrator coupled with an electrical impulse to dislodged hold ups in bins and chutes. Electrical impulses are emitted at up to 30 times a minute synchronized with the electrical supply to the electromagnetic hammer. The result is an impact followed by a short period of vibration.
